Your seating begins at your schedule time, regardless of late arrivals, and lasts one hour and thirty minutes. It is important that you and your guests arrive on time to be able to fully enjoy every moment of your afternoon tea experience.
Any changes to your reservation must be made at least 48 hours before your reservation time. We will do our best to accommodate you, but it will depend on seating availability. We prepare your afternoon tea experience just before you arrive and based on the number of people in your reservation. If you have no shows in your party at the last minute, the cost of the no shows will be included in your bill. You have the option of having these extras served during your visit for your party to enjoy or we can pack it to-go.
A credit card guarantee is required at the time of booking a reservation. You must cancel within 48 hours from reservation time to avoid a $35 per person fee.
Coming to Tea with Children
We do not allow children under the age of 5, this is a difficult environment for small children, and we are not able to accommodate them.
We cannot accommodate gluten free, nut free, dairy free or vegan diets.
